Who Should Get Tested?
Preparation
For FBS: fast for 8–10 hours (water is allowed). For RBS: no preparation needed. For PPBS: eat a full standard meal and come to the lab exactly 2 hours after the first bite. Avoid exercise between meal and blood draw.
